If you're looking to cater any event in Hawaii - call these guys first. With an impeccable background, chef Troy Terorotua brings his style of 'Floribean' cuisine to the islands. For years, Troy was the chef who traveled with celebrity chef Sam Choy and was part of the team responsible for opening Sam's restaurants on Oahu, The Big Island and Guam.
Catering director Grant Sim was also part of the Sam Choy team, and he brings a wealth or organizational experience to the company.
From intimate dinners for four, to wedding and graduation parties for hundreds - these talented and reliable guys bring a sense of calm - along with great food - to any occasion. You concentrate on enjoying the evening - they'll take care of everything else.
