There’s a whole store of diabetic/sugar free goodies, called Sweet Nothings. You can read about them if you go to midweek.com/tabletalk.
There’s also an excellent health food store/deli called Umeke Market which does lots of healthful meals to go as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner. You’ll find them on our website
