Can you recommend a fine restaurant on the Big Island. Me and my husband will be staying at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay for only one night and will be looking forward to some great food and excellent service.

I think I might go for Merriman’s – he’s probably the best chef on the Big Island and you’ll get great service and lots of local produce.
Bev Gannon has a nice restaurant too – The Haliimaile General Store – they both do great food.
